Thanks for uploading your CV and cover letter coursework.  Here is some feedback

-          Your CV is good – lots of relevant detail – well done

-          Watch your formatting – your sentences all start at various point on the left and it looks a bit untidy

-          Your work experience needs to be most recent first

-          Mainly Developed skills/ characters:  - just explain what you did / what you acquired:

-          Acquired problem solving skills by xxxxxx  how did you get communication skills? How did you get experience applying your food science knowledge – give specific examples; environmental adapt capability – not sure I understand this part

-          In your cover letter you say you  have skills of organisation. Problem solving and so on again. Again you need to give evidence – you can’t just say you have particular skills – you need to include some evidence of what you have done to acquire those skills

-          The purpose of doing this video is to help you – you do something to help you with your placement preparation. If you are interested in a placement  in marketing / management    – surely talking about that would have helped you rather than talking about jam.  The sound quality makes your video quite difficult to follow.

You also need to  understand more about old system CMi , especially in JK ,  such as how the relevant people feel about it and what is advan. and disadvan. The same system will be different for different company.
